Information
Eco-Lux is a new coating service, developed and performed by Taikyu Co., Ltd.. Its two key feathers are chrome free and thus economically harmless. Eco-Lux possesses hardness H6, which guarantees a strong protection of the metal surface and renders it especially resistant to corrosion and pressure.
In-house flow

First Coat: Clean zinc plated parts →Dipping in EL-6000 Solution →Centrifugation →Bake 200°~210°C (20~25min) →Cooling.

Second Coat: Zinc plated parts→ Dip in EL-6100 coating paints for 20~25 seconds → Centrifugation →Bake 200°~210°C (20~25 min) →Cooling →Finish.

  • Hand Spray (for special shape of object)

  • Dip & Spin  (for small & large numbers of objects)
