Information
DURABLECOAT is a coating brand and service developed by Taikyu Co., Ltd.. DURABLECOAT is absolutely chrome free and it is in line with RoHS regulations. Its dual anti-corrosion system has been commonly adopted by the metal industry including sectors such as fasteners, door handle, household hardware, etc.
In-house process flow

First Coat: Clean zinc plated parts →Dipping in DC-1000 Solution →Centrifugation →Bake 170°~180°C (20~25min) →Cooling.
First Coat could be applied individually after electro-zinc plated. First coat could replace chromate acid process from the traditional electro-plating work.

Second Coat: Zinc plated parts→ Dip in DC-1100 coating paints for 20~25 seconds → Centrifugation →Bake 170°~180°C (20~25 min) →Cooling →Finish

Application

  • Hand Spray (for special shape of object)

  • Dip & Spin  (for small & large numbers of objects)
